Ty Bradfield

Tyron is the project manager at Firefly. He developed a strong work ethic and a love for nature and the outdoors during his formative years. After completing his education, Tyron pursued a career in project management and quickly rose through the ranks due to his excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to motivate teams.

Tyron's background growing up on a farm instilled in him a deep respect for the value of hard work, determination, and perseverance. He applies these qualities to every project he manages, striving for excellence and ensuring that deadlines are met on time and within budget.

Outside of work, Tyron enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. He is also an avid reader and loves to learn about new technologies and management techniques to improve his skills as a project manager.

 

Asha Fornalski

Asha is the HR and back office brains of Firefly, but with a unique twist - she's a self-described hippy with a passion for helping people and promoting a positive workplace culture. Growing up in a commune and practicing mindfulness and meditation from a young age, Asha developed a strong sense of compassion and empathy that she brings to her work every day.

As an HR worker, Asha is dedicated to creating a workplace environment that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and positivity. She is passionate about promoting the well-being of all employees, not just in terms of their work performance, but also their personal growth and development.

Asha believes in promoting open communication and transparency in the workplace, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among all employees. She is always looking for new and innovative ways to make the workplace more enjoyable and fulfilling for everyone.

Outside of work, Asha is an avid traveler and a lover of nature. She is passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability, and she spends much of her free time volunteering for local organizations that promote these causes.

 

Trevor Saunders

Trevor is a brilliant power systems management engineer born and raised in Durban, South Africa. Growing up, he was fascinated by how electricity and technology worked, spending countless hours studying electrical systems and experimenting with different devices.

After completing his education in South Africa, Trevor pursued a career in electrical engineering and quickly established himself as a talented power systems management engineer. His exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems made him a valuable asset to any team.

In search of new opportunities and challenges, Trevor made the bold decision to move to the United States and settled in Fort Lauderdale with his family. Despite the initial challenges of adjusting to a new culture and work environment, Trevor quickly adapted and continued to excel in his field.

Over the years, Trevor has worked on a wide range of power systems projects, including designing and implementing electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities, as well as working on large-scale renewable energy projects. His innovative solutions and commitment to delivering high-quality work have earned him a reputation as a leading power systems management engineer in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new technologies. He remains deeply committed to his profession and is constantly seeking new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical systems. Through his hard work and dedication, Trevor has become an inspiration to aspiring electrical engineers and a testament to the power of perseverance and innovation.

Jessica Molina

With roots in S. Florida, she attended Penn State for electro mechanical engineering. She enjoyed time on the motorsports and aerospace teams while there. She has experience in scenic automation, and was the automation technician for a Billie Eilish show. Enjoys naps with her dog Duck and delicious food. Currently operating the laser cutter/engraver here at Firefly Engineering.

 

Marc Paul

Marc has over 10+ years experience in the electrical industry. He started in the commercial, then to residential and now the marine industry. A motivated self educator, who takes pride in whatever task is at hand, and above all puts God first. On the weekends you can find Marc fishing and sharing time with his family.

 

Brayton Wagoner

Born and raised right here in Fort Lauderdale, growing up working on his boats he knew a career in the marine field was for him. He attended the Broward College marine engineering program to further educate himself and received all ABYC certifications and NMEA certifications. He enjoys weekend golf and a day on the boat.

 

Dan Ward

Dan is a marine electronics wizard with a passion for all things tech and a love for Colorado. He has spent the majority of his career working with cutting-edge marine electronics, designing and installing high-tech systems on luxury yachts and other vessels.

Dan's expertise in marine electronics is unmatched, and he is often called upon to troubleshoot complex problems that others cannot solve. He has a deep understanding of electrical and computer systems and is constantly learning and exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Despite his love for the ocean and marine technology, Dan's heart belongs to Colorado, where he spends his free time hiking and exploring the great outdoors. He is an avid nature lover and is always looking for new and exciting ways to experience the beauty of the natural world.

Dan is a true professional in his field, known for his attention to detail, his ability to solve even the most complex problems, and his dedication to providing exceptional service to his clients. He is a rare combination of technical wizardry and down-to-earth charm, making him a favorite among both his colleagues and clients alike.

 

TJ Yntema

TJ Yntema has 16 years experience as a marine electrician. He is a native Floridian and grew up in South Florida. His expertise is in European electrical and electronic systems ranging from switchboard operation to helm automation and navigation electronics. TJ is the lead warranty technician for Benetti yachts in the America’s. He is dedicated to his clients and the ships they work on. He takes pride in his customer service and is able to provide quick troubleshooting with his wealth of knowledge. When he is not at work he spends his time raising his 2 sons with his loving wife.

 

Colby Wagoner

Colby is a multifaceted individual with a diverse set of skills and interests. He is an electrical field technician by profession, having acquired the necessary expertise and training to excel in this field. However, he also has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from a reputed university, which reflects his interest in the world of finance and business.

Colby is a former baseball player, having played for the Florida Atlantic University team during his college years. His passion for sports extends beyond baseball, as he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.

In addition to his professional and sporting pursuits, Colby is also a certified dive master, reflecting his love for nature and adventure. He is also a dog lover, and enjoys spending time with his furry friends.

Overall, Colby is a driven and versatile individual, with a passion for learning and exploring new things.
